The History of Ceilidh Dance
Keep the celebration going Saturday evening with the Yosemite Celtic Festival Ceilidh Dance in the Great Hall. From 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, guests are invited to take the floor for an energetic evening of traditional social dancing led by our ceilidh caller and accompanied by live music from Celtic Alchemy. No previous dance experience is needed — the caller will guide participants through the dances, making it easy for everyone to join in. Whether you come to dance all evening or simply enjoy the music and atmosphere, the ceilidh is a festive way to experience Celtic tradition together. Food and beverages will be available onsite for purchase throughout the evening. Admission to the dance is $10 per person.
